It's not official, but it might as well be. Read on... August 10, 2007 @ 18:53 - Kevin This month is a four-part Metroid hoedown. PART 1: Free Metroid Prime 3 Preview Channel. Head on over to your shop channel and download the trailer-filled sample of Corruption. So far, there's only two vids to look at, but on the 13th, we'll see two more. Speaking of the 13th... PART 2: Metroid on the Virtual Console. For those of you who still haven't brutally shot the Mother Brain already, now's your chance! Relive the sci-fi magic that was, is, and always will be the original NES Metroid. PART 3: Super Metroid on the Virtual Console. For those of you who don't know, a way-back issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly did a top-200 greatest games of all time. Surprisingly, (or perhaps NOT so surprisingly once we try it out) Super Metroid got the grand prize over Ocarina of Time. Better download this one... PART 4: METROID PRIME 3: CORRUPTION ARRIVES ON THE 27TH!!! She's back! And she's corrupted! Samus will be running through a new world of Phazon wackiness this very month!
